Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add black pepper and sliced cabbage to the skillet.
  6. Stir fry until cabbage wilts slightly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  8. Cook for 1 minute more, then remove from heat and serve.
