Description
A quick and simple stir fry featuring sausage and cabbage.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add black pepper and sliced cabbage to the skillet.
- Stir fry until cabbage wilts slightly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for 1 minute more, then remove from heat and serve.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of smoked sausage.
- Adjust soy sauce amount based on your preference for saltiness.
