Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss the raw almonds with maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until the almonds are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the almonds are fragrant and lightly browned. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and let the almonds cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool.
