A simple and quick smoothie made with banana and milk.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen bananas, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a few ice cubes.
- You can substitute the milk with yogurt for a tangier flavor.
