Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey or agave, optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, water, lime juice, and ginger into a blender.
- Add sweetener if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of water to control the thickness of your smoothie.
- For a colder drink, use chilled coconut milk.
