A simple recipe for making a sweet and creamy whipped coffee drink with vanilla flavor.

- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a medium bowl.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously until it becomes thick, light brown, and holds stiff peaks. This may take 3 to 5 minutes by hand or less with an electric mixer.
- Stir the vanilla extract into the whipped coffee mixture.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the milk over the ice.
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture evenly over the top of the milk.
- Stir before drinking to combine the layers.
Notes
- You can adjust the sugar amount based on your preference for sweetness.
- Use cold water instead of hot water if you prefer a slightly less intense initial flavor, but whipping will take longer.
