Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Secure the lid.
- Blend on high until completely smooth. Add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use all frozen fruit.
- Adjust sweetener to your taste preference.
- You can substitute fresh pineapple and strawberries for frozen, but add 3-4 ice cubes for texture.
