- 1 pre-made pizza crust (about 12 inches)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package directions, usually around 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and thyme. This is your herb oil.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
- Drizzle the herb oil mixture over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce and oil.
- Top with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs if available for a stronger flavor.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the herbs for a little heat.
