Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
  3. If using, stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
