A simple baked casserole featuring mixed seafood in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, fish), thawed and drained
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed seafood, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, and peas. Mix gently.
- Pour the seafood mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed saltine crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute cream of celery soup for cream of mushroom soup if you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon of dried dill to the seafood mixture.
