Description

A simple baked casserole featuring mixed seafood in a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, fish), thawed and drained
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed seafood, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, and peas. Mix gently.
  3. Pour the seafood mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed saltine crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the seafood mixture.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

  • You can substitute cream of celery soup for cream of mushroom soup if you prefer.
  • For extra flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon of dried dill to the seafood mixture.
