Simple recipe for sweet clusters made with chocolate, caramel, and pecans.

- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup caramel bits or soft caramels
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until fragrant. Let cool slightly.
- Melt caramel bits in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Stir the toasted pecans into the melted caramel until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the caramel-pecan mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or spoon melted chocolate over the caramel clusters.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- For a cleaner drizzle, place melted chocolate in a small piping bag or a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
