Simple recipe for baby potatoes coated in a rich, creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to brown, about 10-12 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for a few extra minutes.
- You can substitute vegetable broth for chicken broth if preferred.
