Small, easy-to-eat bites made from cinnamon rolls dipped in French toast batter and cooked.

- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For Glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- For Glaze: 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Remove cinnamon rolls from the can and separate them. Cut each roll into four equal pieces.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, 1/4 cup milk, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, coating them lightly on all sides.
- Place the coated pieces in the hot skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
- While cooking, whisk together the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk in a small bowl to make a thin glaze.
- Remove the bites from the skillet and arrange them on a serving plate. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites.
Notes
- You can use leftover cinnamon rolls for this recipe.
- Adjust the glaze consistency by adding more powdered sugar for thicker glaze or more milk for thinner glaze.
