Ingredients
Scale
- 6 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and nutmeg for the topping.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let the crumble cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a richer dessert.
- If your peaches are not very sweet, you may add one extra tablespoon of granulated sugar to the fruit mixture.
