  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 12 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, avocado slices, sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp and stir in the chopped cilantro.
  5. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Fill each tortilla with the shrimp mixture. Add your desired toppings.
