Description

Simple, no-bake candy balls made with crushed Butterfinger bars and cream cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature Butterfinger bars, crushed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Place crushed Butterfinger bars in a medium bowl.
  2. Add softened cream cheese to the bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  8. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined sheet.
  9. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 1 hour.

Notes

  • You can use milk chocolate or dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
