A simple recipe for a wrap filled with spicy buffalo chicken salad.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup mixed greens
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, mayonnaise, celery, carrot, and garlic powder.
- Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Lay out one tortilla and place a portion of the mixed greens down the center.
- Spoon one quarter of the chicken salad mixture over the greens.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for your preferred spice level.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
