- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface for about one minute.
- Roll the dough out very thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into chip shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Place the chips on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before eating.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of dried oregano or garlic powder before baking for extra flavor.
